several layers which never interact with each otherWhat do you mean as interact? What kind of interacting you talking about? Physics, shadow casting or something else?
If you plan to imitate something like in blender internal layer composing, so the leyers like there is not supported. It's difficult to understand what you want without example.Сan you write step by step what you want to achieve?

Да, для особо не программистов сюда бы аддон animation nodes блендеровский прикрутить, на сколько тогда процентов можно было бы уйти от программирования?Поддерживать сторонние плагины не очень перспективно, с ними может случится все что угодно от диких багов в исправление которых мы не можем вмешаться до смерти самого проекта. Я тоже пользовался этим плагином одно время, вы всегда можете запечь всё в анимацию и экспортировать в движок.

for the moment, i think that a child of a bilboard objet don't rotate with its parent.We'll support this feature in some of our future releases, but for now you can do something like this.
It will be grate if it does.

Where can i download the normal editor and how do i setup it so its ready for use?You can download it in Download section of this site. It's not just a normal editor. Normal Editor is just part of Blend4Web engine, but you can use it in your need as well, also you can export it to fbx etc. You need only addon version if you want to use only normal editor. For use just setup it like other Blender addons.

So when you export the seen with blend4Web it's also rendered with Blend4web therefor you can't use another engine on top. Right?Blend4Web it's not just an exporter to WebGL from Blender. It's a full WebGL-based engine with it's own structure and possibilities, so Blend4Web it's an engine like Three.js so the scenes created for theese engine are not compatible.
Most of the books i have seen are using Three.js. I guess it makes it easier to explain WebGl than really coding pure WebGl.We have a plans to prepear much more educational material in near future, also books and cources, at first offcource they will be published in Russian, but may be in some days it will be awaylable in English.

Hy just a quick question about something i couldn't figure out.If you an artist Blend4Web much more easier to use, but libraries not compalible with three.js, its a different engines.
Is it possible to use Tree.Js or should one only use Blend4web. If it's stupid but OK i can understand. I wanted to know if the libraries are compatible or not. Maybe Blend4web is easier to use? I just have no idea.
I guess i must start to read documentation now
