Standard Technical Support

Subscription for standard technical support is acquired automatically when a customer purchases a Blend4Web PRO license. It lasts for 1 year and can be renewed at half price. This level of technical support is very affordable yet still provides many benefits and significantly speeds up your development process.

Access to updates ensures that all your Blend4Web-based products will maintain and improve their performance and quality as well as receive bug fixes. This is especially important in regards to rapidly evolving Internet technologies.

Technical support guarantees that you receive assistance in the event of any urgency (for example, a broken browser feature or an unforeseen new project with a strict deadline).

Premium Technical Support

Premium technical support raises the level of cooperation between our teams to a completely new level. We give your project a priority and directly assist you in developing, debugging, optimizing and deploying your 3D Web apps.

When necessary, we provide you with situation-specific code examples and/or blend file setups which you can learn from and re-use in your own work.

We cooperate with you as closely as possible and provide direct consultations with experienced Blend4Web developers via phone, VoIP and chat.
