Here are some videos that may help. Uploading Blend4Web files is no different than uploading normal website files.

Cool, wonder what it is. I will register my guess, or my hope anyway.
Capri release. I would love to explore that project!

Very Nice!
I have a DK2 as well as the Samsung Gear VR. That would be great to try them out on Blend4Web/

Well, the idea is that you do all your developing and editing in the apps-dev side of things then compile to the deploy side where all the code is then minified and obviscated. You should be able to try all your files out by plugging their address into your browser like http://localhost:6687/apps_dev/my-project/whatever.html
You may also want to try a bundled project for simplicity. It pre-deploys all of your files , un-minified, to the deploy folder and you only then have on set of files to work with.

Browser usage stats:
http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_stats.asp
Given the massive advantage IE has of being shipped as part of Windows and yet only gets used 7% of the time to brows the net, there has to be something seriously wrong.
Looking at the stats over time, it looks like a dead horse running its self into the ground. Why they can't implement sound support like all the 'real' browsers is beyond me. Neither Explorer or Edge have inspired me to consider them part of the future of the internet.

Hi aldine,
I don't see any file attached. You can use the 'Attach' button in the lower right corner when you post.
A few questions:
Are you able to export anything at all? Like just the default cube?
It might also be more help to attach your .blend file rather than the HTML
Also, if you want, check out this video on a basic overview of Blend4Web:
