I need to add the shadow to the objects . So, I found one way in sunglasses tutorial that we can have an environment object with a material which has shadow texture .
The first question is how can I have that kind of texture ( I dont mean the green channel, I mean the original shadow ) for the objects ? Do I need to bake them somewhere?
Another way is by turning off/on the shadow cast and receive of the object and the surface, but how I can have the white environment everywhere even when I want to look at the objects from bottom view (because now, with the surface I can not have the same effect as we have with environment cube in sunglesses tutorial)?

I have an object with specific material. how can I apply the uniform and soft lights or shadows on it so that I can keep the same light when I want to rotate it in 360 grades and have a bright color?
(not like the images I've attached , I want to avoid strong shadows and lights and dark colors)
it could be nice if I can apply those lights for different objects with diferent material at the same time.

I have trouble with demonstration of gold material in fast preview.
before, I created the material without nodes and I used a texture as a normal map.
now, I'm trying to make it with nodes but when I connect the texture to the normal, it doesnt have the same effect and the texture is fixed and the lights doesnt move on it or better to say , the texture doesnt move around the object.
I want to ask you how can I keep the previous effect with nodes?
I attached the file to take a look at it.
Thanks
