can't deploy project

Hi, i'm facing problem here. When i want to deploy my project i get message " Server is busy. Server is performing another operation. Please wait until it will be completed and reload the page." what should i do ?
can just take the project manually without deploy it from project manager ?

What was the operation before the project deploying? And had it been completed?

i dont think that's the problem,i restart my computer and open my project again then directly deploy the project, i still get the same message.
