Blurred Texture at Mobile

Hi,
I am experiencing blurred texture at Mobile even if I apply ultra texture.

I am experiencing blurred texture at Mobile even if I apply ultra texture.

Try to set Anisotropic Filtering to 16x

I tried but it didnt help.
It also happens with other blender file as well (please refer attached)
It looks like this issue happens when texture size is more than 8k.
Do you know the root cause?
