Lymphatic Voyage

Lymphatic Voyage is an interactive 3D web app created by Li Yao, Lydia Gregg and Mark Soloski, PhD using Blend4Web. It is an educational tool designed to teach PhD and MD students at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, about the lymph node architecture in 3D and lymph cell dynamics.
The 3D model was reconstructed based on a dataset generated using the cutting-edge 3D imaging technique developed by Weizhe Li, PhD, in the Lymphocyte Biology Section, Laboratory of Systems Biology, led by Ronald Germain, MD, PhD at the National Institutes of Health in US.
At this stage, the web app is not fully developed and optimized, because it was a thesis project. For more information, please visit liyaovisuals.com
