Drone Survey converted to 3d model for web. Not displaying textures on html or json output

We're using drones to create 3D models and it would be great share these models on the web with Blend4Web. We're absolute newbies to B4W so it's a learning curve to get this going.

We've exported the model with texture as obj. Imported into blender and it displays fine, with texture. However, when we export to html or json the model appears black and we cannot see the texture. There's probably a simple setting to fix this but no idea yet! I've added a screenshot of the output.
