Post process filters not working + broken add alpha

For some reason bloom and other filters do not work in the browser window.
Additionally the 'add' alpha type doesn't work either and has weird artifacts with the motion blur.
I am using firefox.
Here is the scene:
Quality setting:
Problem(motion blur does work):
Artifacts from add alpha material:
example .blend
GPU = GTX 660

Hi, thanks for good example!
Additionally the 'add' alpha type doesn't work either and has weird artifacts with the motion blur.We found that may be it's a bug, so we'll fix it in the future releases.
For some reason bloom and other filters do not work in the browser window.Bloom, currently, works in very limited mode, it will work only if you will look on the object in front of the sun and it will work onl with sun light. In future realeases we'll also fix this.
Blend4web and that kind of thing.
