Integrate b4w with node.js development environemnt

I would like to integrate b4w with node.js development environment. For instance build Angular 2 app and add b4w as dependency. Don't know if there is any support for this provided by b4w?

When I added SSL (HTTPS) to the server it increased the latency

It is a pretty basic proof of concept model. If I ever get some time, I might try to push it further along.
